Hello

Washington has been home to Brooklynn Zoeller for the past year and a half. Originally from Olsburg KS, she moved to the community after securing a position as a 4th grade teacher and wanting to live closer to where she works. Since arriving, Brooklynn has appreciated the small-town atmosphere and the opportunity to get to know new people, noting that residents are consistently kind and welcoming. As a new teacher in the local school district, her experience so far has been very positive. Before moving, she was also able to secure employment and find a rental home in town—a reasonably priced three-bedroom, one-bathroom house conveniently located near her workplace. While she enjoys living in Washington, Brooklynn believes the community could become an even better place to live with more food options available for residents.
